Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All packages are being shipped with AnPost which in turn is being handed over to the national postal operator in your county.
Ireland & Northern Ireland - next working day
Europe & UK - 3 to 9 working days
Rest Of the World - 7 to 21 days
Please note these are only estimated times, allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if you need it by a specific date.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
4. International Shipping
Currently we are unable to ship to France and are limited to the countires listed by AnPost.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that original artworks are currently shipped via Registered Post by default to ensure maximum security and tracking capability. For other items, standard shipping methods apply unless otherwise selected. You can track your package at www.anpost.com.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped. Contact us immediately at catandpaste@pm.me if you need to update your address before shipment.
